June Fitness Challenge

This month, my fitness challenge will be as follows:

1500 situps (50/day)
900 pushups (30/day)
1500 squats with shoulder press (50/day)
1500 lunges with bicep curl (50/day)

I will also be logging miles ran/walked; look at the tickers on the right side of the blog!
